Theraplay Solutions provides Early Intervention services for the birth to three year old population in Southern Nevada.
Our staff is comprised of highly trained and qualified providers which include, but are not limited to, Developmental Specialists (DS), Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), and Speech Language Pathologists (SLP).
In the early intervention program, you will have multiple team members that will work in collaboration with your family to help your child meet the goals that are set for your child depending on their development. Our professionals will provide your child and your family with an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) that was designed with your input, and your active participation as its cornerstone.
You know your child best and are uniquely qualified to be their most effective teacher.

We provide services in your natural environment, which can include your home, the park, the library, daycares, preschools, etc. We can also provide virtual services via teletherapy upon request.

How do I know if my child needs services?
As a parent, you know your child best; however, your pediatrician may bring up developmental concerns, such as not talking as much as expected, not crawling, or possible fine motor difficulties.
What is speech therapy?
Following your evaluation, your speech therapist will give your family strategies to assist in developing your child's speech and language skills. They will focus on daily routines and play skills to develop these abilities.
What is the difference between physical and occupational therapy?
In general, physical therapy works on the big muscles for motor movement, and occupational therapy focuses on the smaller muscles for motor movement, as well as sensory processing abilities.
